These are my remarks to the Cape Girardeau School Board which I delivered at their December 2023 Meeting. I was speaking opposition of the YONDR program, which they adopted at the November meeting.
Their A/V equipment malfunctioned an only captured the end of my remarks, and so they asked me to re-record them. They have not yet posted these remarks as they said they would, so I published them here.
